Where can I see my order? 
Customers will receive an email with all order details upon registered payment. Customers can sign up and use their log in to keep track of all orders and order history etc.

Can I cancel my order? 
Customers cannot cancel an order once payment has gone through. Customers are welcome to contact House of Dhurries and arrange to send the goods back to House of Dhurries. The delivery costs will be the customer's expense. Cancelling an order will be treated like a "return / change of mind" and the same rules apply. (see terms & conditions)

Can companies purchase without paying Danish VAT? 
Yes. Registered companies, except Denmark, that submit a verified VAT number, will be exempt from paying Danish VAT. The prices on the website are including Danish VAT of 25%. This 25% will be subtracted at the checkout when you have registered on our website and use your log in.
House of Dhurries only delivers to the address that the company is registered under.
