I have reconsidered my purchase. How do I return my carpet / cushion? 
House of Dhurries offers 14 days money back from the day you receive the goods. In cases of faulty goods returns and refunds, the customer has responcibility for the good being returned to House of Dhurries in original packaging and in original condition - meaning un-used.

What does it cost to return? 
When the good has been received and approved, the payment will be returned minus 150 kr / €20 / $22 to cover administrative costs (Administration, inspection, and re-packaging costs). This administrative cost effects change of mind / returns. In cases of faulty goods returns, the entire original payment amount will be refunded or the customer may choose another (same price range) carpet instead.)

Returns / change of mind / money back: 
Goods can only be returned upon a mutual written agreement. Please use the contact form.

My new carpet / cushion has been delivered faulty (money back refund). What should I do? 

In situtations where goods have been received in a damaged state or defect, House of Dhurries will, according to the customer's wish, refund the full payment amount or exchange for another (same price range) carpet.
Contact House of Dhurries via our contact form or by emailing contact@houseofdhurries.com. In the email, you must describe why the good is faulty, attach photos and your original receipt. When the documentation has been sent, the customer will receive a confirmation email. Later, the cusotmer will get feedback on the claim / instructions how to proceed.

According to the new internet trade laws, it is no longer possible to deny delivery or to send the good back without written consent from House of Dhurries. This is applicable for all cases of returns, faulty goods as well as refunds.

Concerning carpets that are paid for but not delivered, or are returned to our head quarters due to the customer not being available for receiving the delivery - after several attempts, a fine of 300 kr will incurr. (€40 - $44). This fine covers the delivery costs, administrative costs and delivery charges and will be deducted from the return payment. In cases of bespoke carpets, full price will be charged for the carpet.

Faulty returns must be reported within a reasonable time, from receiving the goods.

When a returned item is received and approved, the payment will be made to the same account / card that was used to make the initial payment.

If House of Dhurries receives returned goods that are not approved, the good will be sent back to the customer, at the customer's expense.
